BBQ Sauce:

4 Tomatoes, skinned & quartered

1 onion, chopped (how you like)

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp vinegar

1 jar chutney

2 tbps oil

pinch curry powder (good one)

Salt and pepper

2 tsp brown sugar (or white)

If you wish you can add garlic, and even chunks of pineapple

Put all ingredients into a saucepan and boil until reduced and thick. You can keep this all summer and just add more ingredients as required.
